We are still looking into places for this.  We will get you details soon.

We are also looking into the cost of a bus or van to transport folks to the events and pay by the ride.  So far we haven’t seen much interest in this.  Please let us know if this is something you would be interested in or would you rather self-drive, Uber or carpool.  The DoubleTree does have a van for their guests, but as you probably know, they are not always available when you want or need them.  Most events are within a couple miles of downtown. The farthest locations are Thursday evening, Friday evening and the Irvin Tour.
